T.E.'s Story

This was a "birth class" or preparation unlike any other I've taken before.  (3rd birth)  It covered physical "regular" stuff you'd find in any hospital sponsored class, but was a lot more mentally focused - which is what I feel like I needed for this birth.  It also ran through physical practices of what I could be doing to prepare my body for birth  and doing in labor to make myself and my partner more comfortable.  Multiple meetings were helpful along with the yoga practices because I felt I was able to get to know Cheryl + feel more comfortable sharing the space with her.  This made it easier to share honestly.

UPDATE POST BIRTH #3

I just wanted to touch base and let you know that my birth experience this time around was exactly what I was hoping for.  Thank you so much for helping me through all the work to welcome our daughter into the world!  I couldn't have had the birth journey I did and hoped for without you, so thank you so very much!
